Fitball will return in September.
Fitball is an instructor led class or circuit combining various fitness exercises with the use of footballs, netballs, basketballs, handballs and rugby balls among others! The session can be simplified or progressed depending on each individual’s fitness levels, which means the session is available to all abilities. It is divided into two halves with the fitness exercises and a fun game afterwards with the ball, as an alternative way to keep fit. You don’t need any special kit, just suitable trainers and comfortable clothing.
